Online Ordering Discount Change
The 2% online ordering discount will be discontinued starting July 1st, 2025.
We apologize for ending this discount.
This change will allow us to avoid a multiplier price increase and to simplify many aspects of our internal order processing and invoicing systems.
Color Samples Sizes and Options
The color sample chip size will increase by about 30%. The new size is 4 1/16″ tall by 2 9/16″ wide. This new size should allow homeowners an easier time selecting the best color for their project.
All chips for sample rings, sales cases, and showroom display boards will be this new size.
The color rings will now have a total of 42 colors. We are beginning the phase out process for the 8 colors listed below by removing them from the color rings:
- Journey
- Fawn
- Summit
- Nevada
- Sterling
- Florentine
- Spice
- Fresco
These colors will still be available to order in the online ordering system for several months. To order these colors, select the “Phase out colors” option and a new dropdown menu will appear with these eight phased out colors.
We are planning to update several colors in early 2026.
